Work With us on your next remodeling or building project!

At Ferrandino Enterprises, LLC we take a team approach to completing your project. It is our goal to include you every step of the way so that you are comfortable with all aspects of your project.

We’ve broken down our process into just a few easy steps.

1

Initial consultation and project overview

It all starts with us getting to know each other and exploring your ideas and visions for your project. At this point, we will discuss the main objectives of your project and schedule a site visit and more in-depth conversation.

2

Site visit to review the project and set an overall budget for the project

During the site visit, we will take measurements of the project area, evaluate the existing conditions, make notes on exactly what needs to get done to create your vision, and get a better understanding of the budget within which the project needs to be completed.

3

Create a project proposal

Based on our initial conversations and the site visit, we create a project proposal outlining all of the costs associated with the project and present to you a plan to be approved.

4

Create and approve project design plans

Once the project proposal is agreed upon and approved we move onto the design process. This is where we draft the plans to complete your project within the stated budget and in the allotted amount of time. Once completed, we review this plan with you so that you know exactly what we will be doing and that it is in line with your vision.

This is often one of the most exciting phases of a project for the homeowner. This is where we get to pick out all of the fixtures, materials, flooring, colors, etc for your project.

5

Plan your project

Once the design plan is complete, our team will then create our building plan. This is where we coordinate every detail into a building plan to ensure that the project goes smoothly and that nothing is overlooked. No detail is too small to be included. A great project plan is the difference between hitting our budget and time schedule, and not hitting it.

6

Complete the project

Now that the project design plans are completed it is time to get to building.
